We also mitigate our client’s People Risk by partnering with our clients to design, on-board, execute and transition the workforce People function through the life cycle of a project from PFS stage through to steady state operations. We provide a best practice HR Operating Model framework that enables the establishment of the HR function while providing continuity through project builds in jurisdictions that can be volatile and challenging.
We plan, build, operate and transition the HR function by utilising the full suite of our proprietary EDGE® Worqforce Development Model in line with the development of a project and client need and priority. The end result is a fit for purpose HR function that is managed by in-country HR professionals that have been developed and coached by our experienced team.
